Shipping and Delivery
If you’re opting for a digital gift card there are different ways your card can be delivered either to yourself or someone else.
Select the digital card you would like to send and follow the prompts. When you get to the recipient section please enter their email and if you would like to also send via SMS their phone number as well. If you select send now your gift card will be sent instantly to the recipient.
SMS or email
If you’d prefer the gift card to land in their inbox at a specific time, select scheduled send. First choose a time, please note this will be sent at Australian Eastern Standard Time so if you are in a different time zone ensure to factor this in (please also take into consideration day light savings times). Then select the date you would like to send this on. Please ensure the, day, month and year are selected correctly for accurate send time.
Outside of peak time you can expect normal delivery times unless unforeseen circumstances arise ie. Natural disasters or postal service issues. Standard: 2-4 business days Express: 1-3 business days Tracking available on all orders Australia post is experiencing heavy delays nationwide due to extreme weather and increased volume of parcels throughout the month of December. Note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times due to major flooding, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.
Regular Shipping Rates and Times
From date of purchase your item will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 days. During high volume periods this may be subject to change. But there’s no need to fret as we’ll be sure to keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver physical gift cards outside of Australia. However, we do accept orders placed from overseas, but the delivery address must be within Australia.
