  • BUYING THE CARD
    • Where can I buy your Gift Cards from?
      • We’ve made it easy for you, you can buy our gift cards by browsing through our site or at any Woolworths store around Australia. Just look for the big gift card stand in stores!
    • What denominations are your Gift Cards?
      • Our gift cards are sold in denominations of $50 and $100. You can of course buy multiple cards to create whatever value gift you want to give.
    • What is the difference between a physical and a digital gift card?
      • Physical gift cards are plastic gift cards which can be purchased at Woolwoths or online. Gift cards purchased online are posted to you or the recipient.

        Digital gift cards can be purchased online and delivered electronically via email to you or the recipient. Digital gift cards are added to your mobile wallet and can be used to tap & pay with your mobile device.

  • USING A PHYSICAL EFTPOS CARD
    • Where can I use The Cinema Card?
      • You can use The Cinema Gift Card at cinemas that accept eftpos around Australia. To find your closest cinema click here.
    • Where can I use The Pamper Card?
      • You can use The Pamper Gift Card at salons, day spas or beauty clinics that accept eftpos around Australia.
    • Where can I use The Pub & Bar Card?
      • You can use The Pub & Bar Gift Card at pubs or bars that accept eftpos around Australia.
    • Where can I use The Restaurant Card?
      • You can use The Restaurant Gift Card at restaurants or cafes that accept eftpos around Australia.
    • How can I pay using my Gift Card?
      • Using your physical gift card is very easy - simply swipe at the eftpos terminal. Select "SAVINGS," enter the 4-digit PIN on the back of card and you're done.

        If the transaction amount exceeds the card’s balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount on a different card or cash.
    • Do I need to spend my Gift Card all in one transaction or all at the one venue?
      • No! You can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on your card as long as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your gift card more than once!
    • How do I check my balance?
      • You can check your balance here.
    • Are there are any restrictions on when I can use my gift card?
      • Your gift card can be used from the date sold up to 36 months.
    • I went to my local venue and they said they did not know about the card?
      • This is an eftpos card so will work on their eftpos terminals, just let them know to try it and it will process like any other eftpos card. Gift card is still subject to individual merchant acceptance.
  • USING A DIGITAL MASTERCARD
    • Where can I use The Cinema Card?
      • You can use The Cinema Gift Card at cinemas that accept prepaid Mastercard around Australia. To find your closest cinema click here.
    • Where can I use The Pamper Card?
      • You can use The Pamper Gift Card at salons, day spas or beauty clinics that accept prepaid Mastercard around Australia.
    • Where can I use The Pub & Bar Card?
      • You can use The Pub & Bar Gift Card at pubs or bars that accept prepaid Mastercard around Australia.
    • Where can I use The Restaurant Card?
      • You can use The Restaurant Gift Card at restaurants or cafes that accept prepaid Mastercard around Australia.
    • How can I pay using my Digital Gift Card?
      • In the TCN App tap “Add to Wallet”. Follow the prompts to add your card to your mobile wallet. Your card is now ready to “Tap & Pay” at any of our participating locations that accept contactless payment.

        If the transaction amount exceeds the card’s balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount on a different card or cash.
    • Do I need to spend my Gift Card all in one transaction or all at the one venue?
      • No! You can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay in the TCN app for as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your gift card more than once!
    • How do I check my balance?
      • You can check your balance in the TCN app.
    • Are there are any restrictions on when I can use my gift card?
      • Your gift card can be used from the date sold up to 36 months.

      • This is an prepaid Mastercard card so will work on their card terminals, just let them know to try it and it will process like any other Mastercard. Gift card is still subject to individual merchant acceptance.
    • Will I be charged any fees to use my gift card?
      • We do not charge any fees for using the card. However, some merchants may charge you for using the card and such fees may be deducted from the balance of your card at the time of the transaction.
  • ISSUES WITH YOUR CARD
    • What can I do if my Gift Card gets stolen, lost or damaged?
      • Your Gift Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. We unfortunately cannot replace a lost, stolen or damaged card under any circumstances. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
    • My card is not working?
      • Sorry to hear that. Check out the following reasons your card may not be working:

        1 - The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance here.
        2 - Your gift card has expired. Gift cards have a 36 month expiry, which can be calculated 36 months from the date of issue, or you can see the expiry within the Check Balance section of our site.
        3 - The venue you have tried to use your gift card is classified as a different merchant category and does not accept these gift cards.
