If your code contains the numbers 0 or 1, you may have issues inputting the code. If this occurs, substitute the 0 for an uppercase letter O, and the 1 for an uppercase letter I.

How to Convert Credit to Robux
Alternatively, if you’d like to convert your credit to Robux, follow the below steps.
- Log into your Roblox account where you redeemed your card on your browser
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner to visit your Settings page
- Click Billing
- Click Convert to Robux
- You will see confirmation message appear
- Click Redeem to complete the conversion
- Your Robux balance will be updated when you refresh the page or navigate to another page

Can You Return Roblox Gift Cards?
It’s important to choose your Gift Card wisely, as we cannot exchange or refund Roblox Gift Cards at Card.Gift.
If you’re seeking a re-issue for a faulty or damaged card, you must prove that the damage occurred as a result of the production or issuing process.To request a return or refund, contact help@Card.Gift.com with your reason and proof of purchase, and we will review your request. If you’ve already used any value from the card, it cannot be returned or refunded.
We also cannot refund or return products (such as Premium memberships or avatar items) purchased from the retailer.
