If you’re opting for a digital gift card your card can be sent directly to the recipients mobile phone or via email to their inbox.
Choose the digital card you want to send, then follow the instructions. Once you reach the recipient's email address (and optionally their phone number for SMS delivery), you can decide whether to schedule the gift card's delivery or send it immediately. Please note that during busy periods or promotions, you may experience longer wait times for digital delivery.
If you’d like your gift card to land in your recipient's inbox at a specific time, select 'scheduled send'. Ensure when you are selecting the time and date you would like to send your gift, that it reflects Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) zone. Remember to double check the date, month, and year selected are correct for accurate send time (format DD/MM/YY).
