Gift Card sales are final and may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash. Gift Cards will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation. Gift Cards are not refundable for change of mind. Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise and/or services only at BBNT stores in the country of issue (for example Gift Cards purchased in Australia can only be used in Australian BBNT stores). Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. The validity date cannot be extended. Any unused Gift Card balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. The remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash. If you return, part return, or cancel an order where a Gift Card was used as payment, the refund will be issued in the same way as the purchase was made. (For example, a $20 Gift Card and $20 cash would be returned in the same way). Should BBNT suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, BBNT may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until BBNT is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
