The recipient must activate their digital Mastercard gift card via The Card Network app and have a valid AU mobile number to redeem their gift card anywhere prepaid Mastercard cards are accepted. This digital-only gift card cannot be printed as a voucher or transferred and comes with a minimum 3-year expiry date.

Can my gift card be used in-store and online?

Mastercard and Visa gift cards can be used in-store and online. However please note that majority of online merchants do not accept split payments, so the transaction value will need to be equal or less than the gift card balance.

eftpos gift cards can only be used instore and not online.
